The job roles including
- Capturing and documenting business requirements: URS, FRS, User stories, Use cases, etc.
- Performing data analysis and data mining;
- Performing the business processing & data modelling activities;
- Coordinating with customers, business representatives and Business Analysts;
- Carrying out project management activities including planning, risk assessment, resources management and cost management;
- Analysing business development activities including identifying and developing new opportunities in existing and new accounts and recommending improvements in the system;
- Ensuring service delivery activities including managing service levels and meeting customer targets;
- Ensuring continuous improvements in Service Delivery Management;
- Main point of contact for our customers about all our life science project deliverables;

Skills:
a. Demonstrate experience as a Project Manager/Analyst
b. Previous experience with working in large scale implementation projects
c. Experience on Integration and system interfaces
Qualifications:
- (Mandatory) 2:1 Degree educated in Computer, Science or Technology related degree
- (Highly preferable) Project Management/Business Analyst Certification

Salary: £48,000 to £53,000 per year
