Need someone to wireframe how it should be done; should never talk to current team who is doing manual testing. Person needs to be at a level where she / he can challenge and contribute to strategizing
DORA metrics (via Google): Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Time to Restore Services, Change Failure Rate
