Entertainment was poor, shows were outdated and only 40 min (usually is more) the bar at this area only opened during show time and always closed few min before and didnt had enough drinks and no coffee (only lobby) swimming pool bar/snacks usually only sandwiches (ham and cheese) were available so fries hamburger and hot dog I was never lucky to get it.Supposedly this bar should be open from 6PM to 7AM next day but WERE NOT only saw it open 1 time and cant precise until what time. My experience was: - Rooms are very outdated; lack of toilet paper (only 1 roll at a time and if it finishes good luck finding more until next day); no drinks in the fridge not even when we arrived; water only 1 bottle and you have to keep asking for more; towels you have to ask for them to give you a clean ones if you dont youll have the same during the entire week; beach towels are at the room when you arrive and youll never be able to change it since who does it is the lady that cleans the room and you never see her bc if you wait for her youll have no chairs at the beach since you have to go early with your towels to reserve it (first 2 days we didnt knew and we had to lay down on the sand); lobby bar works from 7AM-11PM so before or after good luck bc everything is closed NO 24h bar service; Mojito only had 1 time and its Cuba but NO mojito; margarita or any other kind of more fancy drinks were almost impossible to get bc was always missing some alcohol beverage to make it; food was reasonable, however the restaurant beside the beach was terrible, buffet was nice always reasonable food (ok for Cuba) and I would like to thank Alejandro the fish man who always cooked our fish and always did his best to make us happy same with Marta our buffet/drinks server she always did her best.
